Contributions will be deducted from your paycheck on a pre-tax basis. This will reduce your taxable income for the year and lower your overall tax obligation.
When you enroll in the Basic PPO plan, the Traditional Dental plan (NO orthodontia coverage) and the vision benefit is included.
This summary is intended to provide a brief overview of the changes for 2002. A more detailed description of the plan will be provided with the Open Enrollment materials. All changed are effective January 1, 2002.
