Center can help you move forward to whatever that
next step will be. We will provide support to you through a blend of facilitated
classes, one-on-one counseling, and the tools and resources necessary to plan
for a successful future.

LOCATION
The Transition Center is located in Building 2 at Wilmington Air
Park. The entrance is the first set of glass doors (1175 Airport Road).
HOURS
The current hours of the Transition Center are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday
through Friday. Hours are subject to change; please check this web site or call
