Performs routine aircraft maintenance functions. 2.

leads on tachometer generators, cartridge type fuel boost pumps, linear

Removes and installs starter and main
generators. 5.
Must demonstrate an operational

Operates aircraft towing equipment in

hydraulic systems. 9.

Performs preventive maintenance inspections on all ground support equipment.

and engines on test stands and engine test Cells. 2.
Makes appropriate logbook entries and
signs-off own work accomplished. 3.

Performs in-house calibration of common

to each employee by the Station or General Manager. An Exterior Aircraft Detailer
provides services to ReadyJet clients on various
types of aircraft, based on defined procedures implemented by ReadyJet, as well as client specific criteria specified
in written contracts. Employee is expected to take whatever means are
necessary to ensure the service is completed within clients expectations.
Services are completed in adherence with written policies to ensure safe,
efficient, and timely execution.
Services may be provided independently or in a team mode with other ReadyJet employees. Essential
Job Functions: ·
Identifies, organizes, and plans use of specified aircraft
cleaning equipment and supplies. ·
Operates mechanized airport vehicles, including scissor
lifts, boom lifts and vans/trucks to deliver self and cleaning equipment and
supplies to aircraft. ·
Operates electrical generator for lighting on aircraft. ·
Performs cleaning procedures as outlined by ReadyJet and client. ·
Coordinates and carries out exterior cleaning of aircraft
as directed by ReadyJet Operations and Maintenance
Department from our exterior customer. ·
Performs with a high level of attention to detail, safety
policies and strict adherence to procedures during cleaning. ·
Ensures that electrical and mechanical aircraft devices
remain undamaged from cleaning. ·
Reports immediately, any damage to client aircraft or
property prior (pre-service) to ReadyJet beginning
any exterior services. ·
Reports immediately, any damage to client aircraft or property
after (post-service) to ReadyJet after completion
of services. ·
Prepares and submits required written reports which may
include training records, timesheets, request for supplies, and a summary of
incidents or found/damaged items. Knowledge,
Skills and Abilities: ·
Ability to work and communicate effectively with clients,
co-workers and business contact in a courteous and professional manner. ·
Ability to work with minimal supervision. ·
Ability to work, in some instances, alongside non ReadyJet personnel conducting work in the same area. ·
