ABX Air Announces Employee Health Care Center

ABX Air is pleased to announce that we have signed a letter of intent with Whole Health Management, Inc., to open and operate a healthcare center for ABX Air employees at ILN. The target date to open the clinic is September 2004. Currently, ABX is negotiating a service agreement with Whole Health Management and developing the clinic design and staffing levels. Whole Health Management is actively recruiting medical professionals to staff the clinic.
The healthcare center will be offered as an additional choice for employees and will provide primary healthcare services for both off- and on-the-job illnesses and injuries. Employees will continue to have access to community doctors and hospitals under the United Health Care program. Our health care center is being designed to offer our employees confidential, high quality care with quick and easy access at affordable prices.
